Since mid-April 2023, Sudan has been affected by violent conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces. The impact on civilians has been severe.

Homes have been damaged. Hospitals and essential services have been disrupted. Families have been displaced from the places where they built their lives. Access to food, clean water, healthcare, medicine, and electricity has become increasingly difficult for many communities.

Millions of people have been displaced within Sudan and across borders into countries such as Egypt, Chad, and South Sudan. Many now live in vulnerable conditions, trying to create safety and stability in places that were never meant to become home.

Sudan’s ongoing conflict has contributed to one of the world’s largest hunger crises. Millions of families are experiencing crisis levels of hunger, with limited access to food and essential resources.

For a family that has lost everything, food support means more than a meal. It brings relief into a day shaped by stress. It gives parents one less fear to carry. It gives children a moment of care in the middle of uncertainty.

Our emergency relief work focuses on direct support.

Through the distribution of food packages, we help families meet their basic nutritional needs during a time of uncertainty and hardship.

To date, we have provided relief to over 300 families, helping them access essential food support when they needed it most.

Every package carries more than supplies. It carries the message that they have not been forgotten.

The needs of Sudanese refugees and displaced families are wide-ranging. Many require access to education, legal assistance, housing, healthcare, and support in rebuilding their lives.
